2. Enterprise Use
Turbine Services are provided for business and enterprise customers only. Use is subject to commercial agreements signed between Turbine and the customer.
3. License and Access
Turbine grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during the contract term.
Customers may not:
- Reverse engineer or copy the Services
- Misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access
- Resell the Services without written approval
4. Customer Data
Customers retain ownership of all data submitted to the Services.
Turbine processes customer data only to deliver the Services and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or contract.
6. Availability and Support
Turbine will use reasonable efforts to ensure service availability and provide support according to customer agreements.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services remain the exclusive property of Turbine Studios AB.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Turbine is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Total liability is limited to fees paid under the applicable agreement
9. Termination
Access may be terminated in accordance with contractual agreements or if these Terms are violated.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be handled by Swedish courts.
